- Analytical scales with 10 nanogram precision
- Weights with F2, F1, E2 precision
- Load cells – 75kN ,2000kN 10kN
- PRT thermometers (1/10000 resolution)
- Length measurement system (0.1-micron sensitivity)
- Granite plates for planarity testing
