According to the Planning & Building Law, a building permit will be issued on the condition that the local municipality receives proof of an agreement with an accredited laboratory to examine all construction materials and products. Concrete testing via an accredited laboratory is one of the main requirements made outlined by Israel’s planning & building committees.

• During construction, the contractor is obliged to coordinate Isotop’s testing, in accordance with the signed agreement.
• Isotop will sample fresh or hardened concrete onsite, during onsite concrete supply. These samples will be tested at Isotop branches and field laboratories throughout Israel.
• After sampling the concrete, Isotop will prepare test samples based on the relevant standards.
• Every sample will be tested at least twice to determine the strength of the concrete. The first test will be conducted seven days after casting, for an initial indication. The second test will be conducted after 28 days. If necessary, you can request additional testing at later dates.
• Once the testing is completed, Isotop will supply you with the test results, which will provide an accurate indication of your structure’s concrete strength.
